This is a Career Technical Certification program. The program is designed to be completed in 4 weeks. Students are allowed to work at their own pace.

Our Telemetry Monitor Technician course is designed to prepare students for one of the most critical roles in modern healthcare—monitoring and interpreting cardiac rhythms. This fully online, self-paced program provides a strong foundation in cardiac anatomy, electrophysiology, and EKG interpretation, with a focus on real-world skills needed to succeed in a hospital or clinical environment.

Stonecrest Health’s Telemetry Monitor Technician program does not have any internship requirements.

Upon successful completion of the course the student will be issued a Certificate of Completion by Stonecrest Health.

Students who have completed the course are eligible to take the National ECG Technician Certification Exam.

Telemetry Monitor Technicians are also known as EKG Monitor Technicians, Cardiac Monitor Technicians, ECG Technicians.

This course will train you to read and interpret different types of Electrocardiograms (ECG's) produced from 12 and five lead EKG monitors. We will cover the biomedical mechanisms of a twelve lead ECG as well as over twenty four different cardiac rhythms and arrhythmia’s.

This course is designed to be completed in 4 weeks, however students are free to move at their own pace and take the course using as much or as little time as they would like.

The core of this course is learning about the different Cardiac Arrhythmia's you will encounter.

We feature a very modern responsive web based learning platform which you can access from any Computer, Tablet, or Phone. Study materials are always available to download. There are interactive quizzes, exams and much more. Students will receive an email from their own personal instructor upon registering for the course.
